A hybridization of "towed" and "owned." Used in reference to a situation where your car gets towed away and you get slapped with a huge fine at the most inopportune time.

No-Town

aka Fresno, California. A city in Central California with nothing to do. Too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter. Its not a snowy cold. Its a dry fucked up cold. The City that gave birth the the Bulldogs. A local gang that runs through Fresno County. You need to drive 2 hours in any direction and you will find somethign to do. Other wise you will be bored. All No-Town has is Wild Water. A Water park that is well known through out the central valley.

A-TOWN

A-Town is a small thugged out high crime ridden area located in Ashburn, Virginia. It is home to over 12 gangs including the Salvadorian and Bosnian Mafia. Local hang out's like Treviso's Restaurant are often prowled by greedy gang bangers who roam the streets. Ashburn is probably, the only ghetto area of the state of Virginia. Not even Richmond, Alexandria, Newport News compare to the crime of Ashburn. It is the toughest town in V.A. period.
