a term used exclusively to describe someone who isn't like "haha" funny, but more like "oh there's something wrong with him" funny. often used when a person exhibits behavior that makes you question whether they were dropped on their head or just born that way. name is often josh.

Josh is funny- not because he makes you laugh but because he is literally studying wildlife but cries at the sight of cockroaches. He's also the type of guy who probably can't spell restaurant without autocorrect. Also a rage-quit loser when it comes to gamepiegon paintball. So yeah, he's funny.
