to be sledged is when you get crunk or really high, and you ride a bike. The person on the bike will belive they are going through time and will see Abe Lincoln four times. This word is used as an insult.
When using this insult Skeet is also added.

Bob: man I just saw Abe Lincoln four times.
Josh: Dude, You are sledged. SKEET SKEET SKEET!

to be allowed to buy alcoholic beverages in a shop. Primarily refers to concerns about age - the shopkeeper either believes you are old enough to buy it (regardless of whether or not you actually are) or doesn't care enough about drinking age restrictions to make a fuss.

Remember that shop where we used to get sold every weekend?

Ugh, I forgot to bring my ID and I couldn't get sold anywhere.
