I think my dude is a tathead. He has no job. His baby's mom keeps asking him for money to buy diapers but he went and got another tattoo instead.

tracheotomy

When something becomes lodged in ones throat to the point it impedes breathing. An emergency surgery is then performed by cutting through the trachea and into the windpipe. a tube is then inserted into the windpipe for the person to breath. This can also happen for severe anaphylactic shock.

They performed a tracheotomy after Billy tried to swallow a golf ball.
