A term used to describe a ego-maniacal dimwit, who walks around with an arrogant attitude and a undeserved sense of accomplishment. They can be found in wife-beater t-shirts or with over-gelled spikey hair pissing everyone off.

After the Douche Bag brought more sleeveless t-shirts and designer sun glasses, he came home to upload his Douche Bag pictures, from his previous visit to the night club(where he started a fight he never finished), to his Douche Bag MySpace.
