Typically used in battle rap - this signifies that a person is having an out of body experience. They're operating on a completely otherworldly plane and their opponent(s) have no chance of competing, to the extent that it's almost unfair for the opposition. It's unexplainable to the bystanders.

Rum Nitty left earth today against Tsu Surf. He was on another level!
