A person tangentially (if not at all) involved in an internet drama. Often used to suggest that the “glup-shitto” in question is trying to shoehorn himself into a drama for clout or another unsavory motive.

A: That creator is so obviously wrong on this situation, it’s honestly pathetic.

C: Some glup-shitto. I bet he doesn’t know anything about the situation.
