noun
1) A person who has no shame in molding their lifestyle around hand-outs in order to live "the good life". E.g.: welfare folk, subsidized housing leechers, professionally unemployed.

2) A person who makes up for their lack of competence and professional skills through relentless means of brown-nosing used to propel their career.

Crumb It

To take the remaining crumbs from the bottom of a bag of chips and elevate the bag to have the crumbs fall in your mouth. This, in turn, emptys the bag, hence not wasting any chips.
