maniac stomp

During the act of sex, one partner (usually the male) will bend the other partner over and have him/her bite the corner of the mattress such that the upper and lower jaws are on the top and side, respectively. The (presumably) male partner will then stomp the back of his/her head, preferably accompanied by a loud growling noise. This has the same effect as a donkey punch in that it teaches a bitch her place.
