A form of paralyzing anxiety that hinders one's ability to socialize. A person with a Social Disability is typically shy, reclusive, and extremely anxious in social situations and tends to keep very few or even no friends. A Social Disability can make it extremely difficult for a person to engage in relationships and friendships.

Q: Hey why does that guy seem very tense when people are around?

Social charlatanism also supports the concept of Charlatanism of Good or Quackery of Good, that's also a pejorative and satirical term for refer to the idea that everything that social charlatanism calls of being as forms of charlatanism might be good since they benefit both sides and even that can motivate people to live and even to have a good life and even grow in life as well.

Ok there are 2 types of socially retarded people. There's the type of people that are quiet and shy and freak out whenever someone goes up and talks to them. Then, there's the type of people who say weird and gross stuff in a social setting without either realizing it or not.
