Pronounced "T-Tad".

TTAD is a acronym for
"Totally Drunk And Topless"
The term is used when someone has had to much to drink and may be having to much fun and needs some calming down.
The term can be used even if the person you are referring to isn't say "Topless" but sluttly dressed and drunk.
It was first coined in 2010 by Jarett H. and Alec L.

1.) "Dude, your girlfriends totally TTAD you got to go pick her up!"
2.) "Man I would really like to get that chick TTAD"
3.) "Have you ever been TTAD?"
