Person 1: "Skibidi"
Person 2: "What?"
Person 1: "Phantom tax!"
Person 2: "..."
Person 1: "Gyat!"

in this example, person 1 has rizz and person 2 has phantom tax

Someone hawking up phlegm close by but you don't see them.

I was trying to watch that movie in the theatre last night but some phantom hawker kept ruining it.
