Often found in prisons they have a disdain for drug addicts despite those people being the people who sold the 'stuff' to.

"Dope Boyz" are a subset within "Main Street Mafia Crips" this is a term commonly used in hip-hop culture to refer to individuals involved in the illegal drug trade, particularly the selling of narcotics such as cocaine, heroin, or marijuana.
