When an individual is shit-tanked, they have lost all ability of speech and/or motor functions due to excessive alcohol consumption and have been reduced to the barroom, bathroom floor, or bedroom.

Similar to a bro top. It is a tank top worn by "bros" who use phrases like "Sun's out guns out", who "pound" beer, and may or may not still use the fist pump at bars. Typically bros who wear these party tanks could use a few sessions at the gym before rockin this top.

I went to a bar once and saw a bro wearing a party tank. He was the coolest dude in the club. I wish I had big enough arms to wear a party tank.
