The Plan is What Justifies Everything The Villian Does if it is "The Plan" instead of "quantum plan" or even "project X" you know that plan will fail because the writers didn't even care that much into giving it a actual name for it will fail anyways soo it is the most vague thing you can imagine and a way to make it seem as the villian is just very smart but it's not

Villian: *loses for the 15th time*

Main Character: it's over

Villian: ohh no it's all According to The Plan MHUAHAHAHAA

Main Character: *Face Palm* really what even is your plan shouldn't villians supossed to give every little detail about their plan in a long outside Monologue

Villian:Shut up. *leaves in a puff of smoke*

This is something in a swimming instructor course where you pay to learn how to make but then later find out that it’s absolutely useless. Most instructors get hired and make one each lesson to show off to their superior.. they are called keeners or noobs. They later find out that it is a waste of time.
