Using the term fail too much in one sentence.

Sarah: "fudge! I dropped my ice cream."

Emily: "that fail was like a total failure of epic failing failness!"

Sarah: "just shut up! Commiting Fail Redundancy doesn't make you any cooler than me!"

Emily: "....that was still a fail."

Sarah: *mean glare*

Fail Cannon

1. A monicker for the FN FAL (Fusil Automatique Léger), a Belgian gun used since the 1950s. Its status as the "Fail Cannon" stems from its use in the first person shooter Modern Warfare 2. The gun is the only assault rifle in the game that is neither automatic nor three round burst, and sports a much smaller clip and horrible iron sights. As a result of these deficiencies, the gun typically fires fail towards enemies. Some really good players use it as a personal handicap to keep the game challenging for themselves.

2. Any object not suitable to the task it is being used for.

Spectator: How did you just go 4 and 18 on Highrise? Oh...you were using the fail cannon, I should have known.

Guy who needs help: Can you help me hammer this nail into the wall?

Guy #2: Yeah, try trading in that fail cannon for a real hammer.

When you cannot fail any harder. A mistake only punishable by a round house kick to the face by Chuck Norris. Also, a series of accidents, or one accident, usually major, producing comedy to an audience around the subject.

Brian Bell: Hey guys! I just got done fapping to some new band no one has hea- OH OWWWWW! where the fucking hell did that basket ball come from!? now i'm bleeding in the face!

Eric: AHAHAAA epic fail dude epic fail!

Denotes complete and utter failure.
Being useless at something.

e-fail

1) Failing an online course, most commonly used for extremely easy online courses.
2) When an e-mail is not sent for whatever error (user, hardware, software).
3) A failed pickup attempt online with a chatroom companion; rejection

1) "Damn, I cannot believe that my online basket weaving course turned out to be an e-fail. Now I'll never graduate."
2) A: Did you get my e-mail? It was very important.
B: No.
A: Crap. The TPS reports are going to be late because of a stupid e-fail.
3)A: you wanna cyber
B: No.
A: Well that was a total e-fail.
