Hokkyoku Tsuyoi

Hokkyoku (北極) Is a girl that has blue hair. She is a friend of Kazuto Shurui (かずと種類). She is part of the upcoming manga Tokyo no Sakura （徒競走のさくら). She was mistreated and abused her whole childhood. Her whole life, she grew up wit Kazuto, and a Demon named Tamashi (たまし). She's crazy, and the new queen of yandere.
