A Toxic Steamer is when you conjure a massive shit while at work or in school. During a steamer it feels like pyrotechnics going off in your asshole and it leads to paint coming off of the walls.

Terry was at work and took a toxic steamer in the shitter. While in the shitter it felt like fireworks going off in his asshole. When he got in the shitter the walls were white, when he left they were yellow.
