An affectionate way to use the C word, without offense. Much as adding an "a" to "bitch" ("biatch") made its use acceptable in polite conversation, so to does adding an "a" to "cunt." Nearly a term of endearment, especially appropriate for addressing a group of fraternity brothers.

"What's up my cuants! Long time no see."

"Great sermon today. You my cuant!"

This action is accomplished when a person slaps someones ass (with the accompanying slap sound), but the hand remains cupping the the ass in a sexual way.
