When in a traffic jam and one driver washes their wind shield (windscreen) you will see the cars behind doing the same thing, similar to a Mexican wave.
Person 1: "Look my wind shield is dirty"
Person 2: "Wash it, you will create a washer wave!
Person 1: sprays screen "cool"

Typically associated with juice-cleansing, a toxin wave is the perceived feeling of toxins leaving the tissues of the body en masse. Sometimes experienced as a wave of euphoria, or in the absence of appropriate hydration, nausea.

The first wave sounded original, but once the media starts calling it the second, third, and fourth, they start sounding like imbeciles. No wonder there's suddenly a bunch of new mutations on the virus, since calling it the first wave still would lose the shock effect the media was originally going for.
The media will most likely have aomething new in store for the third wave, just like they did the second wave.
