Rene Syndrome

Rene Syndrome affects 1 out of 6 people. It happens when you realize that your co-workers already know how bad you are as coworker and team player.
Whenever this happens the affected person usually starts to complain about the work, the processes and how good things were in his last company. Every single day.
The environment become toxic and unbearable whenever the person is around.
Usually he or she becomes some kind of company meme.

The "Rene": I can't work like this. I don't understand who people make money this way. On my last company, I could do this, work from home, had a great environment, etc."
Coworker: I think you have Rene Syndrome.

Or as we say in Portuguese: "Na Nokia é que era!"

Buddy Syndrome

The phenomenon where some men between the ages of 20-35 only ever refer to people they're talking about as "my buddy" despite usually being nothing more than a vague acquaintance with them. Typically when you become aware of a friend or family member doing this, it's becomes very hard to ignore. The guys who do this are generally the dude bros after college, or that didn't go to college in the first place.
