Chooch

A raccoon that resides in a 48” above ground pipe that transfers a minimal amount of water from one residence to another. Note: water cannot be heated by an on demand system, not a boiler or any other heating system. Raccoon hierarchy must govern the operational systems, raccoons will vote on hierarchy.

The only reason I have warm water is because of that glorious chooch.
