Broon Sauce

A condiment served by chip shops through out East Central Scotland.....not to be confused with other pish folk pit oan thir chips like vinegar.

Salt & sauce fae East Cental Scotland - salt & vinegar fae West Central Scotland.

Regardless of what ye prefer....salt, sauce or vinegar.....always remember that Scotland will always be united as everything is deep fried....I LOVE SCOTLAND

Me: Can ah git a chicken supper please?

Server: Aye nae problem. Whit ye wantin oan it?

Me: Salt & hunners ae broon sauce & ah mean swimmin.

Server: That'll be five fifty please!

Tartar Sauce

Giving something to employees that comes at an inconsequential cost to the company; an incentive. Used in the Simpsons when Homer requests more tartar sauce for employees to use on their fish sticks. This theoretically results in better employee moral and, thus, greater productivity.
