Paper Plate Treatment Syndrome occurs when some one uses their boy/girl friend once and then discards them. It is abbreviated as PPTS. The Paper Plate Treatment can be very severe as people who give it often times boast of it to their friends and peers. If you or a loved one has suffered from Paper Plate Treatment, you may notice that you/loved one's self esteem has lowered considerably, the affected becomes depressed, withdrawn, and is less interested in usually enjoyable activities.
