Pencayked

A medical term for when a man or woman (usually a man) begins to grows large breasts and the nipple begins to expand to resemble a pancake. In some cases the nipple can start to blend into the skin or even become disfigured or discoloured.
Not to be confused with the puff marshmallow effect.

Pancaked

Typically used as a football term meaning to "lay a kid out" or to deck someone". Being pancaked is embarrassing if you are the one being pancaked. On the flip side, pancaking someone is a feat of strength and a play no one will forget.

Football player 1: I think I have a concussion
Football player 2: yeah I think your do too, that one lineman, number 74, pancaked your ass into next week!
