Bickford

When a person in management acts in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards employees that work beneath him or her. For example, cussing out employees, hanging up phone calls on them, calling them names, breaking promises to them, or ignoring them when they are speaking.
My boss did a bickford on me at the meeting today and embarrassed me by calling me a moron.
The manager acted like a bickford by berating the employees in front of the owner.

He keeps acting like a bickford, throwing temper tantrums and yelling.
