A single cell human is somebody narrow minded and like an actual single cell organism only has one function and purpose in life. Most single cell humans do not realise they are which therefore makes them even wors. They usually ass lick leaders and dominant/alpha people, you could say this is a similar word to sheep

Similar to human garbage, but the difference is that a garbage in human form is in essence a garbage that's pretending to be a human, while human garbage is a human whose worth is about the same as a garbage.
