King Kong Defense

Legal strategy used by Carl Lundström's lawyer in the Pirate Bay trial of 2009.
This defense is effective for its ability to come out of left field, catching the prosecution completely off guard and furthermore, obliterating their weak arguments.

Carl Lundstrom's attorney:"The person responsible for uploads of copyrighted files might as well be a user named King-Kong in the jungles of Cambodia".

fiscal deficit

the gap between revenues and expenditures for a government (over a given period of time); often referred to as an internal deficit or public deficit.
The public deficit accumulates over each time period (usually a year) into what is known as the public debt.

According to Keynesian and Neo-Keynesian economic theory, fiscal deficits are usually the most effective tool for stimulating economic activity; the actual choice of how the money is spent is less important.

In the USA, most states are not allowed to run fiscal deficits. In other federal republics, such as India and Argentina, they are allowed and frequently account for much of those countries' internal deficits.

Deflector Dome

1) A person with a very large, misshapen cranium, and cannot or does not remember or understand basic instruction 5 minutes after they have heard them and acknowledged said instructions.

2) Someone who says, "O.k.", "I will get it done." or "Aye, Sir!" while staring blankly and obviously not grasping the information given.

3) Someone who has more interest in the bright lights overhead rather than interpreting the information given.

4) A term meaning it is like they have deflector shields in or around their head to keep out any and all pertinent information.

Mike has a huge deflector dome! Information seems to just bounce right off that guy!

Defoko

Defoko is the default voice for the program UTAU, originally named Utane Uta, meaning either "Default Child" or "Default Girl". Although Kasane Teto is more popular, more people know her as a tough voice to use in UTAU because of the fact that her voice is 100% artificial, made from the program AquesTalk. Her companions, Kasane Teto and Momo Momone, are usually featured in videos with Defoko. They are known as the "UTAU 3"

Defoko has such a wispy voice! It's wonderful!
