A normal lie is when someone states something as a fact which is not a fact. An ultra-lie is when someone states something as a fact which is the opposite of a fact.
That politician who voted to repeal pre-existing medical insurance protections now claims that he’s always supported those protections, that’s an ultra-lie!

Any kind of trickery or scam or misconception. Often found on Colfax or at carnival games. When something appears one way but is the complete opposite. A deceitful act of pure trickery most often fulfilled by a tweaked on Colfax. A Colfax lie often known for the lies that are a daily event on Colfax.
1st tweaker: Hey man I can't find my dope.
2ND tweaker: seriously. Oh man let me help u look for it!
