The informal verb that depicts and act of self righteousness and being a little shit.
Its kinda the mix between the two even though they both juxtapose one another.
For use on those creatures who are common or who are peasantry that are humbled yet little shits. Can be used to describe many of the lower class.

Person A: That thing lives in those council flats
Person B: Yes. he is indeed Stefling
