Describes a mobile telco (telecommunications company) that is only useful for moving data. Characteristically, each new service or technology they develop flops and becomes a massive cash sinkhole for them, and a waste of time for consumers.
Man, my phone company is such a bit schlepper! They totally keep trying to charge me extra just to "turn on" features already on my i phone!
