A progress report concerning the status of the girl a guy is trying to have sex with. Furthermore, this term is used to describe how close a guy is to having sex with a girl and/or the details if said guy has already hooked up with said girl.

scouting report

When a friend who is already at a bar, party, event, etc., calls or texts other friends to let them know if it's good/worth coming to. From the same term used in sports for other teams, prospects and the like.

P1: Is John's party tonight going to be any good?
P2: I don't know, I have to go cause I promised him I'd be there.
P3: Alright, send me a scouting report when you get there.

Trip Report

A trip report is how someone documents their experience after they take psychoactive drugs. The trip report is usually a at least few paragraphs and contains the things they saw, the things they felt, and how they were otherwise affected by the drug.

Some can be lame, like
'I got paranoid and went to sleep'

But some can be cool, like
'...I was whisked into another world filled with happiness and understanding. I navigated an endless 4-dimensional room full of diamonds and spoke with God...'
