Usually sporting attributes like steel spiral staircases, concrete beer ponds, bud light can pyramids and streched pinto limousines all cumulating a higher value than the structure itself.

A 2-Story mansion for women where men wear nothing but clear thongs. There is a "man" for everything, including a cook, a lawn-mower, a landscaper, many man-servants and not to mention a sexual pleaser also known as "The Bed Servant".
Each woman is entitled to have her own unique version of said mansion.

Woman 1: "Whoa check out her man-mansion, it comes with every single man-servant you can imagine!!!"

Woman 2: "Nah that aint nothin'...my man-mansion comes with all that plus a pool boy"
