cheese

In gambling terms, refers to the money you are up by. In other words you bought in for $500 and you have a stack of $1200 in front of you. You have $700 in cheese.
I played 5/5 over at the Mirage last weekend. I bought in twice for $500 but cashed out at $4000. Three gs in cheese not bad for a day's work.

Cheese

Cheese is a popular dairy food which is made from milk of animals, commonly cows. There are various varieties of cheese for example: cheddar, feta and brie. Some cheese, when they reach a certain temperature, melt. Others however do not melt. You can usually fine cheese in the fridge and is used in the making of sandwhiches, pizza, fondue and such like. I find the odd cheese and pineapple on sticks doesn't go a miss either.

Alternatively, cheese can be used as a reference to money. You can often hear money being referred to as cheddar also.
