Botswanan Sky Incident
A horrific tragedy that occurred in Botswana on February 21st 2021 after the entire elephant population concentrated on one side of the country, causing it to flip over and send 30 Botswanans (roughly 50% of the population) hurtling into the sky. The population has never recovered.
