To 'Willis' would be to lie, or to bullshit. Whenever telling a story which isn't true, that would be, telling a 'Willis'. The verb would be 'willising'
Person 1: hey you'll never guess what happened, I totally got laid by my hot dentist.
Person 2: Dude, you better not be telling a Willis.
Person 1: no man I promise, I'm not willising.
Person 2: Dude, you better not be telling a Willis.
Person 1: no man I promise, I'm not willising.
