The act of uncontrollably erupting into a profanity laced hate-bomb directed at Governor Schwarzenegger each and every time the word “furlough” is heard, (most commonly diagnosed in California state workers).

"Furlough, f@cking bullsh&t, c*cksucker. I'd like to furlough that motherf#cker right in his five foot nothing ass!" said Bill.

Ghetto Tourettes

Ghetto Tourette syndrome (from the italian Ghetto, and the French Tourette more commonly referred to as Ghetto tourettes or GT) is a disease that affects many teenagers (usually male) who believe they were raised in the ghetto. The individual may at random shout phrases (including "Squad" "boy" or "flamed" amongst a few,) and may also include other obscene words or phrases. On occasion, arm or hand gestures may be performed (including the "arms extended backwards, slow walk forwards" or the more common "neck tilted backwards and to the left" and "Arms crossed over crotch" combination,) however, these are usually performed only by persons with more severe cases of GT. Ghetto Tourettes is a neurological condition that can be caused by spending too much time in any low income area, allowing the brain to believe that it has grown up with "the struggle."

Tourette Syndrome is an inherited, neurological disorder characterized by repeated and involuntary body movements (tics) and uncontrollable vocal sounds. In a minority of cases, the vocalizations can include socially inappropriate words and phrases -- called coprolalia. These outbursts are neither intentional nor purposeful. Involuntary symptoms can include eye blinking, repeated throat clearing or sniffing, arm thrusting, kicking movements, shoulder shrugging or jumping.

These and other symptoms typically appear before the age of 18 and the condition occurs in all ethnic groups with males affected 3 to 4 times more often than females. Although the symptoms of TS vary from person to person and range from very mild to severe, the majority of cases fall into the mild category. Associated conditions can include attentional problems, impulsiveness and learning disabilities.
