Stick 

used in a situation where someone is doing something that is retarded, lacking common sense, applied to someone who is ugly so on so-forth.

It has many meanings, plus whatever the user wishes to create with it.
Commonly refered to as "The stick" before used in a social situation as explained in the examples.

Example 1: Person 1: Hey do you see that idiot over that?

Person 2: Ya, looks like he got hit with the retard stick.

Example 2: Person1: OMG look at that ugly chick.

Person2: Holy shit! god beat her senseless with the ugly stick.

A 2mg xanax bar. Usually used in Staten Island NYC area. Also are called bars. The names are used for the xanax pills that are rectangular shape and they look like a stick or a bar....

Stick 

Something you use to smack a ball or baller around while playing a "sports" game. Drug dealers often employ a stick to pedal their drugs. A stick is a person someone uses as an extension of themselves to interact with people and remain anonymous. You may be texting a drug dealer you have never met before thinking they are the person you know who will actually hand the drugs off to you. This is often done to create a break in the electronic trail of evidence for authorities to follow.
