Slang for diarrhea or poop. If someone says they're spittin off they have diarrhea or have already had diarrhea.

Damn man, I was spittin off earlier I clogged the toilet.

(in the sing-off, season 2 - on the rocks performed ... the lead singer/rapper jeff said he'd "spit a little flow, keep it on the low-time" in their performance of "live your life" by TI and Rihanna)
