Word used in fanfiction to denote homosexual pairings. Usually male/male, sometimes female/female AKA femmeslash.
Often used interchangeably with yaoi or yuri.
Slash originated in the early days of Star Trek fanfiction. Kirk/(slash)Spock.
Also very popular with Harry Potter shippers...Harry/Draco, Sirius/Lupin, Snape/Lucius, etc..
Sometimes referred to as "yummy slashy goodness"

TF slash, short and simple, is the love between too male bots...mecha yaoi. It can be sensual or quite sexual. Either way, it CAN and WILL happen. It's becoming popular no thanks to the new movie, but you'll find hot, steamy fanfiction/fanart from any series if you really need it. Just Google it. It's every where. Optimus loving innocent Bumblebee, Starscream seducing the mecha tyrant Megatron, Jazz being double teamed by Sunstreaker and Sideswipe...it's everywhere. Oh and be warned, it's pretty damn hot and addictive. You might catch the TF slash fever.

Slapsoil

adj.

A translation of a Filipino word 'Hampaslupa'.

Hampas = Slap
Lupa = Soil

1. A highly derogatory term or insulting word for someone who is poor, impoverished, penniless.

2. An expression used to mock or tease a close family and/or friend.

For definition #1:

"Look who's here. A SLAPSOIL gatecrashing a party of the rich. She does not belong here. Pathetic!"

For definition #2:

"You slapsoil! You eat like a pig. Disgusting!"
