when you see/hear something you don't like instead of saying "fuck that" you say "roger that!"

it is what it is - it is whatever you want it to mean!

ex 1 : "look at that girl over there! she's so ugly, i would never pull, roger that!"

ex 2 : person 1: "did you hear that song?"

person 2: "yeah i did man, roger that!"

In unlikely event of it actually happening you should know that they most likely are boomer status if not actually a boomer. They also drive a 80s style car because they think jank 80s manual is more reliable than most automatic cars today.
