Video Response

When you write something very important to a person in Yahoo Messenger, and that person says nothing, but in stead, she gives you a link to a video on youtube, that has nothing to do with what you just said
Andrew_1907: Simone, I really have to admit that… how should I put it… I feel so inlove right now

Simone_angel: (link)

Andrew_1907: Oh, great tune. I like the video too. Cool... video response.

FIRST RESPONDER

Someone who is overly praised for getting paid to do their job like anyone else, in the career that they chose but needs their ego stroked at the same time.
Wow isn't that firefighter doing a great job being the first one at a medical call each and everytime, we should all praise that first responder!!

Sure glad that cop gave him a ticket!!! Wait a minute let's thank him and post about it how grateful we are he's a first responder.

First Responder

A first responder is an induvidual who has completed a USDOT approved 40-hour course. Similar in training to an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B), first responders are capable of providing basic emergency medical care such as cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automatic defibrillation, bleeding control, splinting, and assisting with childbirth.

The people who most commonly become first responders are firefighters, law enforcement officers, lifeguards, camp counselors, school staff, industrial workers, and any other person who may be the first to come in contact with a medical emergency.
While employed at the automtive plant, Mike witnessed a machinery accident, in which a co-woker became seriously injured. With his first responder training, Mike was able to stop the bleeding until the paramedics arrived.

With her first responder training, Brooke saved a drowning victim at the local pool.
