Poor man's cocaine

Poor man's cocaine is 4F-MPH (4-Fluoromethylphenidate). It's usually stronger than cocaine. It forms 4F-EPH (4-Fluoroethylphenidate, Poor man's cocaethylene) when you drink 4F-MPH (4-Fluoromethylphenidate) with ethanol (a few shots of vodka, a few beers, or drinking alcohol spiked fruit punch). Poor man's cocaine is also much safer on the heart as it's not cardiotoxic. Cocaine is cardiotoxic. Poor man's cocaine (4F-MPH) a great value. 4F-MPH can also be used as a study drug, while cocaine can not be used as a study drug.

1. Governor Palin's office explains the use of unattributed material from a four year old Newt Gingrich article that she used in a recent speech as "poor staff work".

2. Professor Smith: Mr Jones, I have read your speech that you "wrote" for your semester project . I must say , it bears an uncanny resemblance to the Gettysburg Address, the reference to "your friend Abe" not withstanding. Your explanation?

Poor Performance

When you do something stupid or make a mistake. Can be used as an excuse when ever you do something you regret. Its like "ohh i was drunk" but its better because it can be used whenever. When you say poor performance it makes everything better.

I got a 27 on my chem final. Poor performance

I drank so much i had to go to the hospital. Poor performance

Poor Plutoer

A person that has such bizarre sentimental attachment to a space rock, that is closer in relationship to a comet than it is the 8 true planets in our solar system, that they will fight tooth in nail with anyone who states that the reclassification was justified. They do so with fairly irrational arguments and by neglecting the facts involved.

Everytime someone posts a picture of the current solar system, these damn poor plutoers come out in tears and protest over a fucking space rock that has no impact in their lives what-so-ever. It ruins any conversation you try to have on a page.
