Facebook PDA

Public Display of Affection on Facebook, usually when a couple publicly swoons over each other, when they should just text each other, pick up the phone, or heaven for bid just talk to each other to save the rest of us from the cheesy and showy interaction.
Person 1 is ... "I love you sweetie"

Comment ... Person 2 ... "I love you too my love! You're the best! I'm so lucky to be with you"

Comment ... Friend ... "Enough with the Facebook PDA"

e-PDA

An Electronic Public Display of Affection. A public electronically mediated exchange, such as on Facebook, between a couple that evokes love or tenderness. Like regular PDAs, e-PDAs can potentially disgust everybody else not in the relationship.
A: Did you see Kristin's Facebook status update about how she had such a great time last night with Dan? Such an e-PDA.

B: Oh, and then Dan commented that he had a great time too. Ugh, get a room!

Facebook PDA

This occurs whenever someone posts maudlin crap on their bf/gf wall about "how much they love them and how they have changed their life and blah blah blah etc. etc." and then it pops up in your news feed and you feel sick and awkward as if some sort of intense real world PDA has gone on in front of you.
"I just wanted to let you know how much I love you and how safe and secure I feel with you and how you brighten my life... etc"

Did you really just post that on his/her wall? This Facebook PDA is really starting to make me sick now think I'm going to go hurl now. Kthanxbye

FB PDA

n. excessive Facebook activity related to one's significant other that is uneccesary and disgusting when it pops up on one's friends' newsfeed. Common examples include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Use of the word "baby" after every word written to one's significant other.

2. Making every status update about one's bf or gf.

3. Having full blown conversations under comments on a wall post, when you damn well know, you could have just picked up the phone and talked to them if you loved them so much.

4. Posting picutres of the two of you, even though they are blurry/you both look awful, just to prove you actually are in a realtionship that exists beyond your fb wall.
A-"Hey baby what are u doing later :) :) ?"
B-"Baby, not much baby. Want to get together?"
A-"Sure baby, sounds good. I'll call you later then baby."
B-"Love you baby <3"
A-''Baby see you in an hour baby."
C- "Enough with the FB PDA you two. Get a room."
