A town near Binghamton, NY where all the scumbags live. Everyone is on a different drug and no one brushes their teeth. The only choices of food are Hoppies and pizza. If you go to the Dollar General, you'll most likely meet a few crackheads.

A phrase used to refer to students or universities that try to use deception to make themselves seem more established than they really are. The term comes from Oxford Brookes University, where students will often try to imply they went to the prestigious Oxford University instead.

PERSON 1 : “I heard David went to Harvard University, I'm impressed.”
