Newly Opportunitied

Newly opportunitied is a word to describe the stage that two people are in during their early talking stage, with marriage intentions. It’s not “newly talking” quite yet, but there’s an opportunity… newly opportunitied. A perfect term to describe the status of potentials, without the pressuring terminology, assuring them there’s still time to run away if you’d like.

Person #1: “Oh they’re together!”

Person #2: “No bro, they just met a few weeks ago. They’re Newly Opportunitied.”

Person #1: “Rightttt, my bad.”

Opportunity Roulette

Used in a business context. Contacting a lead that you think may be open to the idea of purchasing the products or services your business sells, but having no idea whether they are in a position to do so right now, or if your business is even in the conversation.

I'm going to spend the morning playing opportunity roulette with the lost leads from last month.

Opportunely thesauric

When someone uses uncommon synonyms from a thesaurus at an opportune time either for strong comedic effect, to dramatically emphasize a point, or both.

Used in a Sentence:
"When did you learn all of those fancy words? You've been so opportunely thesauric lately."

Person 2: "It is simply divine."

noun. A girl whose sole purpose is to enhance the lives of those around her by using her influence to empower. An alpha female. A lady boss. Knowing this type of person is a privilege and a blessing, so never take her for granted. She will remember her worth and act accordingly.

missed opportunity

the annoying pair of words uttered when YT commenters think they can write a clever joke or funnier punchline, bordering on giving critique or "advice" when not asked for. this is seemingly all they took away from the video they watched, and they appear to be otherwise ungrateful to the creator's hard work and talent that is met by a snide comment in return.

YT Video: "My pigs escaped from my farm, and I don't know how but I'm real worried about them."
Commenter: "Missed opportunity to say 'who let the hogs out'"
