The snot-slinging simply appears to be a side-effect--however when spoken to, a person in this condition will spray a combination of mucus and spit to who ever he or she is conversing with.

Alex drank way too many Tequia Fannybangers and did too many jello shots last night and wound up knee walking commode hugging snot slinging drunk before half the party guests arrived.

Hoggin

Getting Drunk and picking up fat chicks cause its a easier and a much faster process than trying to pick up a hot girl with higher self esteem when you are hammered and horny. Plus there is almost always food in the fridge for in the morning at a fat chicks house. Also Fat chicks don't get picked up as often so they are a lot more apreciative and less likely to have an STD.

Mud Hoggin'

An activity that typically involves plenty of beer on ice, a jacked-up four-wheel-drive truck, country music blaring, and a field of some sort after a big rain, sending mud flying as the driver plows through the field with reckless abandon.
