A label used to refer to a woman you work or socialize with that is either a prima donna or has proven themselves to be a royal pain-in-the-ass. In addition to be used as a nick-name for a specific individual it can also be used generically to give a name to a stranger that does something stupid.

Madam Gazonga there just cut across 3 lanes without shoulder-checking.
