The state of extreme mental anguish that suddenly overtakes a person when faced with a perceived threatening scenario, whether animate or inanimate, such that one cannot proceed in a helpful action or interaction. 3. An emotional state of paralysis that cannot be otherwise defined. 4. Sometimes perceived as an entity unto itself with inexplicable origin.

A person who is easily tricked or goulible. Tends to have a lot of *blonde* moments. Highly irritating at the worst of times but is fun to have a laugh with.

I told him it said Goulible on the ceiling and he looked, he was acting like such a frallum yesterday.
