To describe someone that emotes, as in express emotions in a theatrical matter.

The star of that play is quite emotic, it’s quite easy to see the emotions she is trying to portray.

Any male or female who over uses the heart emote ( <3) after sentences when responding to another person online.

This will make almost any comment made seem flirtatious in nature.

emotasticosity

A state of being. When a person who is usually intelligent, happy, and personable, is so sad that they are acting "emo". Could be described by simply calling them "emo" but this allows a noun to be used.

"I was feeling great, but then I was stricken by a wave of emotasticosity, so I sat there in the middle of the mosh pit thinking about how terrible my life is.

It's for the people who don't really fit into a group. It's the mix of goth + emo + punk + geek = emothpeek. If you're not any of that you can still be called a emothpeek for really it just means you're a mix of things.

Person - um what would you say that guy was? punk? goth?

Plural form of emophobe. Someone who is too stupid, to realize that emos do not cut themseleves. Emophobes need to die. Emophobes are my enemy, and I wish that they would kill themselves.

Emotarian

A more descriptive and catchier synonym for emo progressive or puritopian.

An Emotarian usually arrives at all of their political positions through an emotional calculus rather than a rational one; a formula by which any issue can be understood through the lens of unyielding idealism, with little regard for history or precedent, and fiercely defended to the point where any pragmatic thinking or compromise must be viciously characterized as "selling out," even at the expense of some immediate political gain over previous political conditions. They are particularly prone to assigning bad faith and evil motive to any democratic President who refuses to make speeches that sound as if Noam Chomsky, Dennis Kucinich or Michael Moore wrote them.

Emotarians are upset with President Obama for threatening to use force against Syria. They believe all war is bad, thus, any use of force—or threat to use force—is unjustified, and further evidence that the President must be a malignant fascist tool of a global corporate plutocracy.
